3,Product Uses:
It is used to measure the MFR value of melt flow rate of various plastics and resins in viscous flow state. It is suitable not only for engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polysulfone, fluoroplastics and nylon with higher melting temperature, but also for polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyformaldehyde (POM), polycarbonate (PC) resin. Such as low melting temperature of plastics testing, widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical and other industries and related institutions, scientific research units and commodity inspection departments.
Melt Flow Rate Meter is suitable for the determination of melt mass flow rate and melt volume flow rate in GB/T3682-2000 National Standard for Thermoplastics. This standard is equivalent to ISO 1133:1997 and can meet ASTM D1238 test standard.
Melt flow rate meter is a desktop structure with reasonable design, stable and reliable performance, beautiful appearance and convenient operation. It adopts high-performance and high-precision control instrument with high sampling accuracy and fast control speed. Fuzzy PID algorithm is used for constant temperature control.
