After aging, carbon disulfide was added to make it yellow to cellulose xanthate. Orange cellulose viscose was prepared by dissolving in sodium hydroxide solution. The viscose is matured at 20-30 C and filtered to remove impurities and bubbles. It is then extruded from a narrow gap in a film drawing machine and flowed into a coagulation bath of a mixture of sulfuric acid and sodium sulfate to form a film (regenerated cellulose film), which is then washed, desulfurized, bleached, desalted and plasticized (glycerol). And ethylene glycol, etc., and finally dried. It is used in the packaging of medicine, food, cigarettes, textiles, cosmetics, precision instruments and other commodities. It is generally used in vulcanizer/Mooney for rubber test in industry. Of course, the glass paper with larger width is also bought back by customers for packaging products because of its heat resistance.
