3.Performance description;
Low temperature impact test is a very important test, especially when the test temperature is in the brittle transition temperature region of the tested material, small changes in the test temperature will cause great changes in the test data, jumping sharply, which will often make qualified materials become unqualified, and vice versa.
At present, dry ice or liquid alcohol is mainly used in the low temperature impact test in domestic physical and chemical laboratories. This most original method is very troublesome and dangerous, and the precision of temperature control is low. Because of the large error of ordinary thermometer, the temperature deviation of the test is very large, and the uneven ladder in the whole temperature field is caused by the absence of stirring mechanism. It's very big. In addition, there are a small number of laboratories using semiconductor refrigeration tank, but this low-temperature device is very easy to damage and not practical, the main reason is to provide sufficient and uninterrupted cooling water, followed by semiconductor silicon stack is very easy to damage, and the cooling rate is very slow.
Using cascade compressor refrigeration technology, using heat balance principle and cycle stirring mode, the sample can be cooled automatically and uniformly, and the temperature can fully meet the requirements of the national standard.
