In addition to the conventional curing curve and temperature curve, the curing apparatus also provides a curing rate curve related to it. The ratio of the adjacent two-point torque increment to the maximum and minimum torque difference is a relative value that reflects the vulcanization rate and provides the maximum vulcanization rate and the time it reachessingle curve measurement, multi line continuous measurement and comparison measurement. Single curve measurement - only one sulphur curve and printing at a time. Multi line continuous measurement can measure any vulcanization curve and print on the same interface. Comparing test - any curve of vulcanization can be measured by comparing the curve of vulcanization measured before with it. The parameters of several sulfuration curves were screened to find out the best experimental value.The measured curve data is stored in the database and can be reproduced. You can repaint a vulcanized curve and print it. It can repaint five vulcanized curves and print, redraw 18 vulcanized curves and print. The vulcanization curves of different compounds can be drawn on a map to find out the optimum curing time. The so-called different parameters that are completely different rubber, vulcanization curve shape, measuring time are different, such as 3 minutes and 5 hours of measuring time curve, they are drawn on a map for comparison between the rubber. The combination of this function and data retrieval function will greatly improve the precision and efficiency of the best parameter selection.The measuring time can be modified during the test of the instrument. If a rubber material is estimated to be cured in 20 minutes, it is already cured at 10 points. There is no need to do it further. As long as the experimental curve, i.e. 20 points under the "modified measurement time" at the lower right of the display, is changed to 10 points, the experiment immediately stops at 10 points and draws a complete curing curve. If the experiment achieves 18 points, the curing curve is still rising at the end of 19 minutes, and the curing is not completed, the experiment must be done further. The modified measurement time is 25 minutes or more. Let the experiment continue until the vulcanization is completed. This function greatly facilitates users, saving valuable time and glue.When the instrument is measured, the torque automatic quantitative process. After the measurement is completed, the software will automatically scale the curve again according to the measured value by 0-5N.m, 0-10N.m, 0-20N.m, so that the curve is more beautiful.The instrument can be used to measure square test, measure time, measure range, control temperature, database, accuracy correction, data retrieval, curve data printing and so on.
