Structure overview DHG-9101 air-blast drying box is a series of products after the original 101 series modification. This product is energy-saving, beautiful and practical, with a volume of 100 liters, 140 liters, 220 liters, 640 liters four specifications. Non-specifications can be specially processed according to user requirements, all specifications of the drying box shell are welded from high-quality steel plate, surface baking paint, inner chamber steel plate sprayed with temperature-resistant silver powder paint or made of stainless steel, with two to five shelves. The middle layer is filled with super fine glass wool insulation. The door of the box is provided with double-glazed observation windows, and the connection between the studio and the door is provided with heat-resistant asbestos rope to ensure the sealing between the studio and the door. The power switch and thermostat of the drying box are all concentrated in the control position on the left side of the front of the box, and the vertical temperature control is concentrated under the box.
Temperature control instrument is divided into indicator light and digital display, with high temperature control accuracy, set temperature with protection device, digital display with tracking alarm function.Usage method1, put dry articles into the drying box. Close the door and turn on the power.
2, switch the power switch to "open". At this time, the power indicator light is on, and the digital display thermometer has a digital display.
3. Adjust the temperature control device. Set the temperature and the heating indicator lights up. Starting to enter heating, the temperature gauge displays the temperature inside the box. Under normal circumstances, after adding 90min, the temperature control enters the constant temperature state. (Note: the intelligent temperature controller refers to the following "operation method").
The first time can be set at 70 C, and the second time can be set at 80 C, so that the temperature in the box can enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.
4. When the required working temperature is low, the secondary setting method can be adopted. If the working temperature is 80 C, the passage can be removed upward, and the drying materials in the working room can be inhaled by the blower, so the temperature can be uniformly circulated continuously.
5, according to different items, different humidity levels, choose different drying time.
After drying, dial the power switch to the "off" position, but can not immediately open the box door to take out the items, carefully scalded, can open the box door to reduce the temperature of the box before taking out the items.
Matters needing attention1, the casing must be effectively grounded to ensure safety.
2, the power should be switched off after use.
3, dry box without explosion-proof device, shall not put flammable and explosive items.
4. The drying box should be placed in an indoor room with good ventilation conditions, and inflammable and explosive articles should not be placed around it.
5. Do not place too much space in the box. You must leave room for hot air circulation.
6, inside and outside the box should be kept clean.
7, when the service temperature is 150 ~200, the door should be opened to reduce the temperature.Troubleshooting
